It is with great pleasure that I should like to announce ( that )

a) We have an old house with a not too young heating system.
b) It's pretty much the coldest day of the year.

Combine a) and b) to make a logical deduction.

I have none. That worked very well last year and the years before.

Today will be the last day at my current job. As of Monday I shall be doing something quite different. I have already vented about this. It still does not feel any better. The most positive thing I can say about it is that I am resigned to it. What else is there to do?
